However, it is not toxic to fish, birds, animals, plants, or beneficial insects. So by regularly using BTI to kill their larvae, you can significantly reduce the populations of pesky mosquitoes that hatch in your pond, and you can do this without reducing the populations of fish,frogs, or beneficial insects in and around the pond.

That is really good that you can do that. I hate mosquitoes.

There are a lot of ways to fight them, but they somehow manage to beat us and still bite us a lot. I hate mosquitoes and I have never managed to beat them 100%, they even get through nets in the house and trust me when I say that I have tried everything that there is. The best thing that worked for me are mosquito magnet attractants. Those things are really good against mosquitoes, but they also do not work 100%. I am not sure that we will be able to get rid of them, but it would be really nice if we would somehow managed to kill them all.
