I remembered the thing that helped me! I've recently went through the same and hopefully will never see them again.. I had in my aquarium 8 beautiful rainbowfish until one day I noticed there were 7 of them, and then 6.. Till it got too late I searched the internet right and through and came across this site where it is written in details about what is a bobbit worm and how to get rid of him forever (hopefully). Hope it helps you!
