2013 spark auto tranny issue

so this started happening several months ago, i leave my garage in reverse put it in drive and the speedometer doesnt move and tranny wont shift. then i pull over put it in park restart car and then it is fine, it does this 2-3 times a week and its annoying, does anyone know how i can fix this? is it the tcm or solenoid?:frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2::frown2:

btw check engine light will stay on for about 1 day then shuts off until tranny acts up again
