I would put a dmm on the power terminals and have someone honk the horn - see if you're getting power to it.
A blown fuse would be the most common point of failure, but the horn itself may have just quit working. You could also just take it out and connect direct to a battery. If it doesn't beep then replace it.
They are all the same from 2016 to current - you might find a used one on ebay, or they're available online. Looks like they're about $17 from GM:
