Hey, I own a 21 chevy spark ls. I have a check engine light on and when i check the code for it, it comes up as b2b0d. I've searched for a long time about this code and nobody has anything for it. I've also taken it to the dealership and they haven't figured anything out, so i'm kind of stuck and it just won't go away.

Maybe there's something here for you: DTC B2B0D OBD-II (dot.report)

A 'B' code indicates 'body', not engine as they are 'P' codes. At least AFAIK.

2021 is out of warranty??

Can you clear codes and see if it returns? That code is posted for GM trucks where there's an electrical short and the engine won't crank.

At the moment, the car is out of warranty, sadly. I will check to see if theres anything wrong with the electricals in the car. The car runs fine and all and i did clear the codes myself, but as soon as i open the door and try to start it again, it returns.

Any modifications? Aftermarket radio, speakers, lights?
I highly suspect some kind of electrical gremlin, which can be extremely difficult to diagnose. Check the battery cables, even consider removing the negative cable for a few minutes to reset everything.

Interesting that code reports generally only have 'P' codes, none of them have 'B' codes. Seems this is a code for something to do with the body or electrical, not the engine.
