2022 chevy spark rear wheel under carriage molding

Hi I just purchased a Chevy spark it appears that half of the rear wheels undercarriage protective molding was not installed the dealer said it’s supposed to be like that but it doesn’t look right and doesn’t make any since so the black plastic molding is on the back side of tire wheel but not on the front side of tire wheel it looks so unfinished I think it’s wrong

Go look at some other Sparks and see what they look like?

It's normal. That is the way they made them. It's a low budget economy car from Korea.
My recommendation is to just drive it. ;)
