5.3 Chevy engine FLEXFUEL??

Hello,
We are CHEVY PPL here and I was wondering if a FlexFlue engine will lower the power for racing GM MDI? Many ppl find it stupid making TRUCKS RUN but hey its fun lol so let me know if Flexfuel engine will do anything to slow down the truck
