Chevy has been engaging with Chevrolet Dealers, Mobile Service Providers as well as the teams at BringGo’s developer, EnGis to support the soft-launch of BringGo navigation to MyLink equipped Spark and Sonic vehicles.

Chevrolet is working closely with our dealers to help them understand and perform the MyLink service bulletin. Materials and hands on training are rolling out to over 3,100 dealers across the US. For over a year, Chevrolet Global Development teams have tested and validated BringGo and MyLink. We want our customers to have a great, one of a kind experience – which is why we now have dedicated Customer Service Specialists as well as Dealer resources to support Infotainment. Our Infotainment Customer Service team is able to replicate and trouble shoot issues, help navigate the dealer process as well as forward issues, concerns and ideas on to our engineers, dealers and partners.

Thanks for making a presence on the forum here. It's awesome knowing the company that makes our cars is making an effort to get out to it's customers and resolve and issues and concerns they have.

You may want to call your Dealership before heading out there to get updated. I sat at mine for over two hours, and left with no update because they at first didn't even have it in their computers, and then they couldn't get it to install at all. Not a great experience... I wouldn't have gone for the update if my sales rep hadn't told me they were all set and ready.

Could you update us on when they will broaden their support on the Android side of things. None of the RAZR line or HTC DNA phones are supported and they are the main feature phones for Verizon. I'm not sure what fragmentation is preventing them from releasing the app across various phones, but every other navigation app is much more widely supported.

I love bringgo in my car but the only thing I don't like is my mp3 music folder starts playing every time I have a route programmed in the GPS whenever the GPS lady says turn right or left the MP3 player starts playing my music I dunno why it's wicked weird. Greatest app ever made so far for the spark

Maybe resetting the system could solve this problem, just to get rid of any presets that messed with the information system.

I'd like to hear what Chevy Customer Service has to say about this if they could be of any assistance.

Agree with the comments. Downloaded the app. Went to dealer. They had no idea about getting the app on my Spark to work. I finally gave up after calling them several times

Better luck calling in Chevy's customer support line. I know they're usually good with that kind of stuff, or even talk to the Chevy support reps on this forum.

I had this problem too, all I had to do was open the Itunes on my phone and pause it. It hasn't happened since.
