Chevy has been engaging with Chevrolet Dealers, Mobile Service Providers as well as the teams at BringGo’s developer, EnGis to support the soft-launch of BringGo navigation to MyLink equipped Spark and Sonic vehicles.
Chevrolet is working closely with our dealers to help them understand and perform the MyLink service bulletin. Materials and hands on training are rolling out to over 3,100 dealers across the US. Should you have any issues or concerns – please contact the Infotainment Customer Service team directly at 855.478.7767 (US) on Twitter: @GMCustomerSvc or engage with us directly on this forum.
.
For over a year, Chevrolet Global Development teams have tested and validated BringGo and MyLink. We want our customers to have a great, one of a kind experience – which is why we now have dedicated Customer Service Specialists as well as Dealer resources to support Infotainment. Our Infotainment Customer Service team is able to replicate and trouble shoot issues, help navigate the dealer process as well as forward issues, concerns and ideas on to our engineers, dealers and partners.
Chevrolet is also collaborating with EnGis, BringGo's developer, to resolve app specific issues. If you are experiencing issues with the BringGo app, please contact EnGis directly – [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> .
We appreciate you raising issues, concerns and ideas – please keep it coming.
