The EV is so quiet. The only problem with this would be pedestrians not hearing the car and walking in front of it. Other than that, it sounds and looks great.

Just want to clarify things, isn't that $25k after the $7500 federal tax rebate for US citizens?

I believe depending on which state you live in, you can get an additional $3500...California is one of them.

So for $21 000 MSRP you can have an 82MPG Spark EV = WIN!
