Chevrolet Spark vs Smart Fortwo?

Hello! My customers is considering these two cars for my customers and although my customers feel called by the small size of the Smart, the low price of Spark catches my customers eye. Please consider these points in your response: 1. Motor power (yeah! Small and furious!) And 2. Discretion (My customers live in Monterrey Mexico, where if you are seen on a bike you get mugged and goodbye cheap transport method!
