Declined Onstar, I thought

I'm sure most are familiar with Onstar. I'd spend $31.97 a month on it if I didn't owe property taxes by Jan 31 that won't get paid in full until Feb 3 plus I pay $435 a month for my Spark. So I declined to renew when I bought my Spark last summer. Then I learned they charged my credit card last 3 months. If you decline Onstar be diligent in following up. They are hoping you don't catch them.

Yes, you have to call them to cancel. Be sure to get a confirmation. Same for SiruisXM.
$435/mo for a sparky seems excessive - mine was zero interest for [email protected] $220/mo. We pay $250 just to get it done, it's half paid for. Cheapest car I ever bought.

I was told I had to sign up, at the dealership when I bought mine, for a 3 month trial. I was assured I would not be charged, after teh 3months were up, without them contacting me first.

Well, they didn't. I had to contact them to cancel it.

Sirius charged me even after I called to cancel. It was quite an ordeal getting them to end the subscription that I never asked for.
Yeah, they try to keep you on.
I've had Sirius for about 10 years. I like the internet streaming the best. Put it on my iphone and a U2Boom speaker.
I have it on the caddy now - sparky and colorado can use apple carplay.
