Has anyone had problems starting it up in cold weather?

A couple weeks ago, on an especially cold morning, it took a few tries to start my 2017 LT. I got a "code 59", which apparently means roll the window down then back up. I got an oil change a few days later, but didn't think to mention it. Today has also been really cold, and it happened again. Same error code, but this time I can't get it to start at all. Does anyone know what it could be / will it be an expensive fix? It's supposed to be warmer tomorrow so hopefully I can start it up to take it to the shop.
