Hi! I'm a new 2014 LS owner - mylink problems :(

Howdy. I like my Spark 2014 LS. I joined this forum as I have the standard crappy radio. I want to upgrade to touch screen in LS. I bought USB OEM unit from ebay, and I bought a used LS touch screen mylink head, but the radio is "locked". Is there anywhere I can have it unlocked? I can't find how or where to do it anywhere on the net. Thank you for reading my intro.
