I am looking to upload the following PDF file, which is a basic how-to guide on changing the oil.

When I went to upload it I got an error message stating the file is too large (I already compressed it from the original document) so I tried re-compressing the pictures down to 150k. I ended up hosting it on a Free PDF Hosting site and linking it here. I'd like to upload it to this forum if possible.
