Never expected the Spark to do this well with sales in the U.S. Hopefully with the impressive sales numbers will come better Spark/Spark trims, packages, options and features

another source i was reading says 2000 units were sold, and this article says 1460. I wouldn't doubt that 2000 count.

Really...? I havent seen much commercials or adds for the spark until I overlooked an article on jalopinik.

This doesnt surprise me. Seeing how well this car is doing aorund the globe it was only a matter of time. For what it is, its definitely a car that you get bang for your buck.
