This 30-second online commercial states that the Chevy Spark EV has 400 pounds-feet of torque, which is "more than a Ferrari 458 Italia." That amount of torque out-performs the Spark EVs competitors: the Fiat 500e, Ford Focus Electric and Nissan Leaf. The tag the line of the commercial is "a car powered by electricity that moves like electricity."
