saw on-line = it looks like there is a rubber seal between the outer part of pulley and the hub ,and likely ,it failed and caused the separation ---- still seems like putting a new one on would do the trick ?
Pulley of crankcase issue - 2013 Spark
2013 chevy spark excellent condition 70,000 miles -- fan belt area squeaked for several days , like a slipping belt or a bad bearing -- then while driving there was a bang and the outer ring of the crankcase pulley was rolling up the street -- drove car 200 yds back home no problem -- hub and bolt still in place ,only the
