if the radio code is not in a card in your owners manual or booklet (or any paperwork) I would go back to the dealer and ask for it. You NEED it.
As for the spare tire - you just need to find one that is the right bolt pattern that clears your brake calipers (i'm sure all of them will clear) and will fit in the back.
I found a universal one at a local parts store.
Any scissor jack will work if you plan to put it in the car. Just buy a good quality one.
