GM selected Portland State University to launch the new Spark EV

Portland is a leading community enabling electric vehicles and their adoption
Electric avenue lines up traditional charging and fast charging so people could interact with both vehicle and charging station.
Portland was the ideal place to talk about the urban mobility opportunites of the Spark EV
