I would have to look up my source for the Rocky Mounts bike rack.
My three mountain bikes cost as much as the car. Actually, a bit more. o_O

No drilling or cutting is required correct?
Download the installation manual, it will spell it out. I don't recall if you have to drill any holes out or not. Sometimes you have to trim the rear valence as well. I've done so many of them I can't remember.

Okay...seems you can't look it up yourself... LOL

Here's the product page at etrailer.com: 2021 Chevrolet Spark Trailer Hitch - CURT (etrailer.com)

Tech Tip
Hitch does not fit EV models. No drilling required for installation, Access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool. Fascia trimming required for installation

Installation manual attached. You need to hog out an access hole for the bolt plates, and cut out the rear valence so it clears the hitch. Now that I think about it, I used a die-grinder to enlarge the access holes, and a dremel with a cut off wheel to trim the valence. Fishing the bolts thru with the plates with fish-wire is a bit of a trick, but surely do-able. I think I've installed a hitch on the last dozen cars I've owned. This one took about an hour.

If you're not handy or you don't have any tools, have it installed by a qualified tech.
